I share my experience, I have been a client of Jesnis for 2 years and 2 months, I have gone on several occasions to have my extensions applied and retouched, the treatment of all the girls has been great at all times, they have been very patient with my case Since my hair is a special case and they do a technique that lasts around 5-6 hours, the hair has super quality. In my case, some extensions lasted two years, they kept applying the same hair in each touch-up. I have recommended to my friends and acquaintances who want a change to go with Jesnis because they will surely find what they are looking for. I had been using clip-in extensions since 2009 and finding Jesnis was the best thing that could have happened to me, it completely increased my self-esteem and my confidence. I would never have a bad comment about her or her girls, they do an extraordinary job and are super professional at all times. Jesnis is worth every peso you pay for his work, it is totally worth it. I have been a client for more than 1 year. I had never felt so comfortable with extensions, I had gone to other places and SUFFERED. I went to let myself be guided by their "followers" and I didn't like the result, it's very expensive, apart from the fact that you hear when they talk about the clients, that if they have lice, that if they don't bathe, that if they believe they are the clients, the atmosphere is very tense, your hair falls out too much and they blame you because you brush it badly or pull it too much. They left my scalp very irritated and red and a few days later the microchips became discolored and they looked like lice anymore, not even for the cost you pay. Then they don't let you leave without cutting the extensions. They gave me a round cut when I told them not to cut them and their response was We have a rule not to let them come out without cutting the ends because that's where the image goes.... Even if they are your extensions and you have paid for them and they are YOUR PROPERTY... they do what they want and they do not invest in their products and the cost is through the sky I do not recommend it! Poor product I have brown hair and the extensions matched Perfectly, the metals that have to match my hair started to fade after 7 days it started to look yellow because of the iron. Apart from the fact that they hurt and red balls appear on my scalp due to the weight of the extensions, I still have to walk around with the metal peeling off every day. I asked for a refund to pay at another location to have them removed and was ignored. Low quality product and very high price for what they promote.

At first they do not have a telephone number to contact them, so I wrote to them on Instagram to request information and schedule my appointment, it took them 2 days to respond, when they answered I explained my case which is alopecia and they asked for photos, I sent them in At the same time, they told me that they would check if I was a candidate and they would let me know. 3 days later I wrote to them to find out if they already knew something and they answered me with a period, they literally put a period in response, I wrote again asking them not to forget that they were leaving me. to notify Another 3 days passed without a response and I wrote again about a story they posted, they told me - give me a moment and it's time to continue waiting for them to respond. Clearly after treatment like this, I have zero confidence in his client.
